1. Digital Product Finality

Due to the nature of digital Products, all sales are final once access is granted or download links are delivered.

We do not provide refunds for:

  • Change of mind
  • Accidental purchase
  • Failure to achieve expected results
  • Incompatibility with third-party platforms
2. Australian Consumer Law

Nothing in this policy excludes your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. If a Product has a major failure, you may be entitled to a remedy as required by law.

3. EU Customers

If you are located in the European Union and have not accessed or downloaded the Product, you may retain a 14-day withdrawal right as required under the

Consumer Rights Directive.

Once access begins, the withdrawal right is waived.

4. Chargebacks

Payment disputes and chargebacks are managed by Paddle as Merchant of Record. We reserve the right to suspend Product access during dispute resolution.
